I’m not big on writing reviews, but in an ever-evolving world where reviews matter and drive our decisions on products and services (especially home buying/selling), I try to make it a point to add my honest two-cents. People are quick to write long bad reviews, but rarely put the same time and energy in positive reviews. This review is long overdue (busy lifestyle), but I’d be remiss if I didn’t make the time to share my personal experience with the Alburys.

As for my personal experience, I’ve been a client of Lashawn’s for a few years and was excited to see her expand her business portfolio . Prior to starting Albury Legacy Group, Lashawn served as my advisor on all things homebuying/selling. I had absolutely ZERO knowledge of the process, what to look for, inspections, closing, the fine print or all that other home-buying jargon, but Lashawn spent countless hours of her personal time to educate me on the ins and outs.

It’s a lot of information and no matter how many times I called her with even MORE questions (some repeats), she remained professional, compassionate and understanding; never showing any indications of frustration…..Oh and I ask A LOT of questions‍♀️! If I started going down the rabbit hole of what-ifs, she reeled me back in and really made things clear, well-understood, and calmed my nerves with her calming demeanor.

Lashawn is very detail-oriented and prepared a personalized information packet with important information tailored to my needs for our meetings. No cookie cutter approach!! It’s hard to trust people these days when it comes to financial investments and spending our hard-earned coins. She is direct, but fair, very accommodating and treated me with utmost respect.

The Albury Legacy Group is an honest and trustworthy business team. Yes, it’s a business, but they truly care about their client’s needs with the client’s best interest in mind. I look forward to working with them again in the future. As a Veteran, I also love the fact that they are both Veterans have the knowledge and experience to help navigate the VA loan process.
